I invite all African Peacebuilders, the Laureates of UPA, to pray to the One Good God, merciful and great Builder of Peace, for Central Africa and its population. I feel closely linked to you, Peacebuilders in Central Africa with whom we were together in 2015, the year when Burundi, my country, was suffering greatly from this kind of political conflict and religious manipulation.
I wonder today how much INOVAR is tearing itself apart to light a small spark of hope for peace in communities thirsting for physical and moral peace and for resilient social cohesion. I therefore encourage the Interreligious Platform PCRC, which welcomes our INOVAR. I invite all of us, Peacebuilders to get more and more organised: our UPABP could go much further in lobbying and advocacy.
